Meet the Crew!
Muddy Paws Adventures is a family owned and operated business! We are Brad and Valentina, and we're the husband and wife couple who've always loved adventuring with our dogs. But we quickly grew tired of having to replace their gear when it got nasty, damaged, or destroyed in just a few trips to the river or mountain. We knew there had to be other dog families that had similar issues with their adventure gear, and so we set out to discover a solution...
Our two Labrador Retrievers, Odin & Maverick, served as Adventure Guides in the early days of Muddy Paws Adventures... when it was a high-energy dog adventure business based out of Sacramento, CA.
Odin & Maverick could not be any more different when it comes to their temperaments and favorite activities, which is awesome because it gave Brad a wide perspective of requirements for gear durability while outdoors!
Odin - is a black Labrador Retriever. He's an American style, extremely high-energy, duck hunter. He's constantly in and out of storms, mud, dirt, sand, bushes, and anything else you can associate with outdoors.
Maverick - is a "fox red" Labrador Retriever. He's a part American and part English style, very sweet, mild-mannered boy who prefers to be lounging around the house while you bring food to him. He's up for anything and any adventure, but mostly prefers to relax at home and play frisbee.

While Odin and Maverick's gear have different specialty requirements, they share a common one... durability.
Our entire goal with Muddy Paws Adventures is to only sell gear that will stand the test of time, and Mother Nature! We only use and sell the best available products and we stand behind them. If we wouldn't use it on our dogs, we wouldn't expect anyone else to either. Our dogs are part of our family and for all they do for us, we feel they deserve the best, American-made, gear!
